Marina management software · Built in Idaho

Software that knows your docks.

Every marina is laid out differently — finger docks, side-ties, a beach end, the slip that only fits a 26-footer. MarinasOnSite is drawn around your real layout, so the office, the dock crew and your boaters all work from the same map.

Running every day at May Marina. Ask for a login to the Harbor Point demo marina and click around yourself.

See it work

The dock is the interface.

These are real screens from the Harbor Point demo marina — the same build May Marina uses, with made-up boaters in it.

Click a slip

Everything about a berth, where the berth is.

Who's in it, what they float, how to reach them, what's owed, what's broken, which documents are missing. Call or email straight from the panel — no hunting through a binder while someone waits on the dock.

Look anyone up

The roster your office actually keeps.

Second contacts, gate codes, hull numbers, car plates, insurance binders. The parts of marina record-keeping that live on sticky notes and in one person's head get a column — and a search box.

One system, three jobs

Built for the three people who run a marina.

The office Admin

  • The dock map, the boater roster and the waitlist
  • Slip agreements, signed on screen and stored on the record
  • Seasonal fees, payments and receipts
  • A status report in your inbox every Monday morning
  • Insurance binders and documents, per boater

The dock crew Phone

  • Check in by scanning the QR poster at the dock
  • Work orders with before and after photos
  • Recurring jobs that come back on schedule
  • Pump-out log filled in from a phone
  • Hours collected as they check out

Your boaters Member portal

  • Their slip, their boat, their signed agreement
  • Report a problem — it lands on the dock map
  • Upload the insurance binder
  • Pay the slip fee by card
  • Marina bulletin board and lake weather

Public side

Your marina's own website, wired to the same system.

Waitlist applications land in the app with the boat's length, beam and draft already filled in. Members log in from the same page.

“It's consolidated all our record keeping, communications, maintenance task management, and employee time-keeping all in one place.”

Amanda Gidasi · Office Manager, May Marina LLC

“It's completely changed how we run day-to-day operations. Maintenance issues get tracked and resolved faster, and our tenants have features that make communication seamless.”

Scott Fereday · Owner, May Marina LLC

Getting started

Send us your dock layout.

Onboarding isn't a signup form — your map gets drawn to match your marina, slip by slip. That takes us a couple of weeks, and it's why the software fits when it arrives.

STEP 01

We map your docks

Send a layout sketch, a slip list or a photo from the end of the pier. Your map gets built to match — fingers, side-ties, beach moorings and all.

STEP 02

We bring your records in

Boaters, boats, fees and documents are imported from whatever you keep them in now, and checked against your roster before anything goes live.

STEP 03

Your season runs on it

Invite your staff, open the member portal to your boaters, and keep one number to call when you want something changed.

Come see it on a real marina.

Thirty minutes, screen shared, your questions. Bring your slip list and we'll talk through what your map would look like.
